About Our Youth Director
​
Jon Gentry hails from a small college town in beautiful upstate South Carolina, home of the Clemson Tigers. He enjoys hiking the great outdoors and spending quality time with friends, family, and his wife Cordy. Jon earned a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Seminary in 2013. He is currently in the ordination
process with the United
Methodist Church, hoping
to become a pastor. As
the youth director at
UMCWV, Jon strives to be
a wise mentor, a positive
role model, and a good
teacher for the youth.
